Pianmahe Level 3 Power Station
The Pianma River Level 3 Hydropower Station in Lushui City, Yunnan Province was fully invested by the group company and was developed and constructed in October 2011. It is located within the Gaoligong Mountain National Nature Reserve in western Yunnan. The minimum distance from the China-Myanmar border is only 43 meters. The river is a tributary of the Irrawaddy water system and flows through Myanmar into the Indian Ocean. The project consists of major buildings such as the first hub, water transfer tunnel, pressure pipeline, power plant, booster station and power transmission line.
The power station is a high-head unregulated radial power station. It mainly undertakes power generation tasks, taking into account factors such as unit operation reliability and flexibility, convenient maintenance and engineering economy. It adopts horizontal units, the number of units is 2, and the single unit capacity is 4000 kilowatts. . After the completion of the project, the average power generation for many years reached 41.48 million kilowatt-hours, and the installed annual utilization hours were 5,185 hours. The project was officially merged into the Nujiang Power Supply Bureau of the Southern Power Grid for power generation in February 2013.
The completion of the project gave full play to and utilized the hydropower resources of the Pianma River, promoted the optimal allocation and sustainable use of water resources in the Pianma River Basin, and also promoted the economic development of the Pianma River Basin.
