Zhejiang Longyou Xiaoxitan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. was established in December 2017. Zhejiang Shuixin Holding Group holds 56% of the shares. It plans to build a tourist attraction "Taoyuanli" with a planned total land area of 6.4 hectares and a total construction area of 13,000 square meters. The plan is being further refined.
